Charity Bryant is a dynamic and engaging Workplace Mental Health Public Speaker providing workshops, seminars, Lunch’n’Learns and theatrical presentations on various topics of mental health in the workplace/corporate events. A few of the institutions where Charity has been a keynote speaker and seminar leader are: the McGill University Distinguished Educator Seminar Series; SPEAQ conference in Montreal, McGill University Graduating Class of Education and TEDxMontrealWomen. Charity has also provided workshops on mental health at Scotiabank, Lantic Sugar Inc. and several schools and colleges throughout Montreal. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the owner and operator of Neurofeedback Victoria and Inner Sanctuary Counselling, she provides NeurOptimal Dynamical Neurofeedback and somatic, trauma-informed counselling for children, youth and adults specializing in anxiety, relationships and trauma.
